百万单位的小数
学习读出、说出和写出百万单位的小数，最多到小数点后三位。本单元先掌握读写，不进行整数换算。

小数点后三个位置
百万单位的小数最多写到小数点后三位。小数点右边依次是十分位、百分位和千分位。
中间的 0 占着百分位，不能随意省略。
小数数位 = nilai tempat perpuluhan
Perpuluhan juta ditulis hingga tiga tempat selepas titik perpuluhan. Dari kiri ke kanan selepas titik: persepuluh, perseratus, perseribu. Dalam 4.206 juta, digit 2 di persepuluh, 0 di perseratus dan 6 di perseribu.
Contoh: 8.051 juta: persepuluh ialah 0, perseratus ialah 5, perseribu ialah 1.
Awas: Sifar di tengah memegang tempat perseratus. Jika dibuang, 4.206 menjadi 4.26, iaitu nombor yang berbeza.
小数数位 = decimal place value
A decimal of a million is written to at most three places after the decimal point. Moving right from the point: tenths, hundredths, thousandths. In 4.206 million, 2 is in the tenths, 0 in the hundredths and 6 in the thousandths.
Example: 8.051 million: the tenths digit is 0, the hundredths digit is 5 and the thousandths digit is 1.
Watch out: The middle zero holds the hundredths place. Dropping it turns 4.206 into 4.26, a different number.
读小数：小数点后逐个读
先读整数部分，再读“点”。小数点后的每一个数字都要逐个读出，包括 0；最后加上“百万”。
读作：五点零三零百万
不能读成“五点三百万”，因为这样会漏掉两个 0 的位置。
读小数 = membaca perpuluhan
Baca bahagian nombor bulat seperti biasa, kemudian sebut diǎn untuk titik perpuluhan. Selepas titik, setiap digit disebut satu demi satu, termasuk sifar sebagai líng, dan akhiri dengan bǎi wàn.
Contoh: 3.405 juta dibaca sān diǎn sì líng wǔ bǎi wàn: tiga digit selepas titik disebut berasingan.
Awas: Digit selepas titik tidak digabungkan menjadi puluh. Bahagian .030 tidak boleh dibaca seperti tiga puluh.
读小数 = reading a decimal
Read the whole part as usual, then say diǎn for the decimal point. After the point, every digit is spoken one at a time, including zero as líng, and you finish with bǎi wàn.
Example: 3.405 million is read sān diǎn sì líng wǔ bǎi wàn: the three digits after the point are spoken separately.
Watch out: Digits after the point are never joined into tens. The part .030 must not be read like thirty.
从文字写成小数
先写“点”前面的整数部分，再把“点”后听到的数字按顺序写下。听到“零”也必须写 0。
整数部分：7
小数部分依次是：0、8、4
写成：7.084 百万

写小数 = menulis perpuluhan
Tulis nombor bulat sebelum diǎn dahulu. Selepas itu tulis setiap digit yang didengar mengikut urutan. Setiap kali mendengar líng, tulis 0 di tempat itu, kemudian tambah juta di hujung.
Contoh: Jiǔ diǎn èr líng liù bǎi wàn ditulis 9.206 juta: digit 2, 0 dan 6 diletakkan mengikut urutan.
Awas: Jangan abaikan líng. Jika sifar tidak ditulis, digit lain beralih ke tempat yang salah.
写小数 = writing a decimal
Write the whole number before diǎn first. Then write each digit you hear, in order. Every time you hear líng, put a 0 in that place, and add million at the end.
Example: Jiǔ diǎn èr líng liù bǎi wàn is written 9.206 million: the digits 2, 0 and 6 go in order.
Watch out: Do not skip líng. If the zero is missing, the other digits slide into the wrong places.

读小数 = bacaan perpuluhan
Nombor bulat ialah 2, kemudian titik dibaca diǎn. Selepas titik ada tiga digit: 4, 0 dan 7. Setiap satu disebut sendiri mengikut urutan, lalu bǎi wàn ditambah.
Contoh: 6.309 juta dibaca liù diǎn sān líng jiǔ bǎi wàn.
Awas: Jangan gabungkan 0 dan 7 menjadi satu nombor, dan jangan alihkan sifar ke hadapan digit 4.
读小数 = decimal reading
The whole number is 2, and the point is read diǎn. After the point come three digits: 4, 0 and 7. Each is said on its own in order, then bǎi wàn is added.
Example: 6.309 million is read liù diǎn sān líng jiǔ bǎi wàn.
Watch out: Do not join the 0 and 7 into one number, and do not move the zero in front of the 4.

Liù sebelum diǎn ialah nombor bulat 6. Selepas diǎn ada dua digit yang didengar, líng dan wǔ, jadi tulis 0 kemudian 5. Kira berapa digit disebut supaya tiada sifar tambahan.
Contoh: Sì diǎn líng líng bā bǎi wàn ditulis 4.008 juta.
Awas: Jangan abaikan líng selepas titik, dan jangan tambah sifar yang tidak disebut.
写小数 = writing a decimal million
Liù before diǎn is the whole number 6. After diǎn you hear two digits, líng and wǔ, so write 0 then 5. Count how many digits are spoken so no extra zero sneaks in.
Example: Sì diǎn líng líng bā bǎi wàn is written 4.008 million.
Watch out: Do not skip the líng after the point, and do not add a zero that was never spoken.
