学习小数与百分比的双向互化，包括超过 100% 的百分比。小数化成百分比时乘 100 并写上百分号；百分比化成小数时除以 100 并去掉百分号。

一个完整百格就是 100%
每个百格有 100 个相同小格。左边全部 100 格表示 1 个完整单位，也就是 100%；右边 35 格表示 0.35，也就是 35%。
所以，小数大于 1 时，化成的百分比可以大于 100%。
百格图 = petak seratus dan 100%
Satu petak seratus penuh mewakili 1 unit lengkap, iaitu 100%. Setiap petak kecil ialah 1%. Untuk 1.35, satu petak penuh memberi 100% dan 35 petak lagi memberi 35%, jadi jumlahnya 135%. Maka perpuluhan yang lebih besar daripada 1 menjadi peratus yang melebihi 100%.
Contoh: 1.6 = 1 + 0.6 = 100% + 60% = 160%. Dua petak penuh dan 7 petak kecil pula ialah 2.07 = 207%.
Awas: Peratus boleh melebihi 100%. Jangan tulis 1.35 sebagai 1.35% atau 13.5%.
百格图 = hundred grid and 100%
One full hundred grid stands for 1 whole, which is 100%. Each small square is 1%. For 1.35, one full grid gives 100% and 35 more squares give 35%, so the total is 135%. So a decimal larger than 1 becomes a percentage above 100%.
Example: 1.6 = 1 + 0.6 = 100% + 60% = 160%. Two full grids and 7 small squares make 2.07 = 207%.
Watch out: Percentages can go above 100%. Do not write 1.35 as 1.35% or 13.5%.

把小数乘 100，再写上百分号。也可以想成小数点向右移动两位。

小数化百分比 = perpuluhan kepada peratus
Untuk menukar perpuluhan kepada peratus, darab dengan 100 dan tambah simbol %. Ini sama seperti mengalihkan titik perpuluhan dua tempat ke kanan. Kaedah ini sama sama ada perpuluhan itu kurang daripada 1, seperti 0.48, atau lebih daripada 1, seperti 2.46.
Contoh: 0.09 × 100% = 9%, dan 3.2 × 100% = 320% (tambah sifar apabila digit tidak cukup).
Awas: 0.09 bukan 90%. Alihkan titik tepat dua tempat dan kekalkan sifar di hadapan digit 9.
小数化百分比 = decimal to percentage
To turn a decimal into a percentage, multiply by 100 and add the % sign. That is the same as moving the decimal point two places to the right. The method is the same whether the decimal is below 1, like 0.48, or above 1, like 2.46.
Example: 0.09 × 100% = 9%, and 3.2 × 100% = 320% (add a zero when you run out of digits).
Watch out: 0.09 is not 90%. Move the point exactly two places and respect the zero before the 9.
百分比化成小数：除以 100
把百分数除以 100，再去掉百分号。也可以想成小数点向左移动两位。
所以 175% = 1.75
百分比化小数 = peratus kepada perpuluhan
Untuk menukar peratus kepada perpuluhan, bahagikan dengan 100 dan buang simbol %. Ini sama seperti mengalihkan titik perpuluhan dua tempat ke kiri. Jika peratus mengandungi perpuluhan, seperti 62.5%, semua digit dikekalkan dan titik masih dianjak dua tempat.
Contoh: 320% ÷ 100 = 3.2, dan 7.5% ÷ 100 = 0.075. Semak: 0.075 × 100% = 7.5%.
Awas: 7.5% bukan 0.75. Apabila digit tidak cukup, tambah sifar di sebelah kiri sebelum meletakkan titik.
百分比化小数 = percentage to decimal
To turn a percentage into a decimal, divide by 100 and remove the % sign. That is the same as moving the decimal point two places to the left. If the percentage already has a decimal, like 62.5%, keep every digit and still shift the point two places.
Example: 320% ÷ 100 = 3.2, and 7.5% ÷ 100 = 0.075. Check: 0.075 × 100% = 7.5%.
Watch out: 7.5% is not 0.75. When there are not enough digits, add a zero on the left before placing the point.

大于一的小数 = decimal greater than 1
1.28 is greater than 1, so its percentage must be more than 100%. Multiply 1.28 by 100, or shift the point two places right, then add the % sign. Picture the hundred grid: one full grid plus 28 small squares.
Example: 1.57 × 100% = 157%, which is one full grid (100%) and 57 small squares (57%).
Watch out: Shifting the point only one place gives a percentage ten times too small. Make sure the shift is two places.
