The taxable service amount is the value used as the base for calculating service tax.
Example: If the base is RM50, tax is calculated from RM50.
Watch out: Do not use the after-tax total as the initial base.
The tax amount comes from multiplying the taxable service value by the tax rate. Here it is RM120 × 6%: change 6% to 0.06, then multiply. The answer is the tax alone, a small extra portion on top of the service price.
Example: A cleaning service of RM250 with 8% tax: RM250 × 0.08 = RM20 of tax.
Watch out: The tax is not the same as the rate number. A 6% tax does not mean adding RM6; it depends on how large the base is.
Once the tax is known, the amount to pay is the service price plus that tax. The screen shows RM120 + RM7.20. Line up the decimal points so that sen is added to sen and ringgit to ringgit.
Example: An RM250 service with RM20 tax: the total payment is RM250 + RM20 = RM270.
Watch out: A tax-inclusive total must be larger than the original price. If your total is smaller, you probably subtracted instead of adding.

税额 = amaun cukai
税额 = tax amount
The question asks only for the tax portion, which is the base multiplied by the rate.
Example: RM100 × 5% = RM5 tax.
Watch out: Do not add the base until the tax has been calculated.

含税付款 = payment including tax
Both values are already given: the service price is RM150 and the tax is RM9. No percentage work is needed here. The total payment is found by adding the tax to the service price.
Example: A service price of RM240 with RM14.40 tax: total = RM240 + RM14.40 = RM254.40.
Watch out: Do not subtract the tax or multiply the two numbers together. The customer pays more than the original price, not less.
